Sandvox Sites

In this website, we are hoping to give folks with mobility challenges in Colorado, information about great places to visit. I am a photographer and artist who is confined to a wheelchair and am always on the lookout for wonderful places to take photos that I can easily get my wheelchair to. I also love to participate in outdoor activities, but it is very difficult to use your wheelchair in most settings. I want to pass along great places that I have found to others.
We also provide information about catahoula service dogs. I have trained two of my own service dogs and they both are catahoula leopard dogs. There isn't a whole lot of information out there for those who train their own assistance dogs and there are only a handful of folks out there who have catahoula service dogs - so I'm trying to promote these wonderful canines and provide all of the information that I can.

Our target audience is anyone with a mobility challenge or anyone who knows someone with a mobility challenge. This can range from seniors to wheelchair users, to folks who have just had surgery, and still want to get out and about. Thus far, our site pertains just to Colorado, but some day we'd like to expand it. We also target catahoula leopard dog lovers and folks who train their own service dog.

I received several queries over the years about training your own service dog and using Catahoula leopard dogs as service dogs. With this website, I can just direct people there, and almost all of their questions are already answered.

I am a complete neophyte to building web sites and found Sandvox easy to use. I was actually able to build two fully functioning sites, with a minimum of trouble.
