This website was a great way for me to show my father how much his written words mean to me and to remind him that his gift is valuable to the world. Its one thing to read and talk about his poetry, but to be able to create a visually stunning website to display his work with pride is a gift I will treasure giving him for the rest of my life.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I thought that the greens and blues were reminiscent of nature which is the greatest inspiration for his poetry. The design was elegantly simple so that his work could stand out and readers would be able to navigate through the archives of his work easily!

What techniques did you use to build this website?
Everything was a trial and error process for me- I'm afraid I don't have any tricks- but I can say to those who are just starting out, be brave because with Sandvox, its really easy to fix the inevitable mistakes you'll make.
