Dutch translations of English articles on the negative effects of religion on the community, by renowned scientists. To enlighten humanity and enable it to free itself from the bonds imposed by the church, and encourage them to start critical independent thought.
Who is the target audience for your website?
The target audience for my site are those people who were subjected to a religious upbringing in their youth, but now experience strong doubts about these fantastic stories originating in a barbaric past.
People who now have difficulties about freeing themselves from this indoctrination because the fear of eternal torture in hell has been implanted in their minds when these were still receptive to believe everything adults told them.
Why did you use this Sandvox design?
I used the Blueball Brown ProTabs Wide design because it seemed very suitable for reading long texts from. Its surface is wide enough to make use of the sidebar where appropiate, and its background is easy on the eyes while reading long texts.

What techniques did you use to build this website?
I employed Rich Text Pages for the articles, Photo pagelets placed either as callout or in the Sidebar to add images to the text, Rich Text pagelets to put additional texts in the Sidebar, Site Code injection to allow collecting website statistics, and Google integration.
