What kind of websites were you planning to build?
I wanted to build a nice looking website that I could use to direct potential employers to my portfolio of writing examples on the web and otherwise. I also wanted a place that I could post links to things I liked, post videos of whatever, and just other random things. And I wanted an application that would manage it all, without having to deal with file management or resource management.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
My pastor came across the website when we were designing the site for our church.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I chose Sandvox because it has the management capabilities of iWeb with much more control over the content, and a number of very professional-looking templates.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
I love the fact that it manages the publishing of the website to my host provider, and it will publish just the updates that I make to the site. My upstream bandwidth isn't huge, so copying the entire site to my FTP site would have been a pain. Not with Sandvox!
