What kind of websites were you planning to build?
Well, I had decided to try my hand at a little E-Learning freelance work and wouldn't you know it, I came across a freelance needed job posting that was right up my alley. The only trouble was that I had just started the thought process and hadn't even had time to build a website yet! So after quickly doing some research, I came across Sandvox and what good fortune that I did.
How did you hear about Sandvox?
I think I came across through a forum relating to quick website creation. In fact, it may have even been a forum talking about iweb.
What made you decide to get Sandvox?
I chose Sandvox because it gave me exactly what I needed: Quick creation capabilities with the ability to do some customization. It also looked great and allowed the handling of various types of media.
Now that you have Sandvox, what do you like about it?
Oh boy...where to begin. What started out as a desire to "throw together" a quick website, has turned into a game changing approach to online course design. After showing my vice president of learning what Sandvox can do, I was quickly given the go ahead to begin training my fellow faculty how to utilize Sandvox to create next generation online content. While I still use it to advertise my freelancing services, Sandvox is making a very large impact upon how we conceive, create and deliver our online course content.
